Ceramic House Jar Raffle
I’ve been spending time working with clay again here in Mexico City, something I have always returned to during difficult moments, especially when I’m mentally unable to paint. There’s something grounding about shaping things slowly with my hands, and it’s become a quiet place of healing for me lately.
I’m excited to finally share some of the pieces I’ve made during this time, starting with these ceramic gingerbread house jars.
I began making them during the holidays as thank you gifts after moving to Mexico, but life shifted before I could finish them. I thought about stopping, but I loved these pieces and the care that went into them, so I chose to keep going. Instead of leaving them behind, I decided to complete them regardless of their original intention.
These houses were handmade and hand painted during a big transition in my life and now serve as a reminder of continuing even when plans change.
Now, I’m releasing them to new homes where they can be loved and lived with.

How the Raffle Works
• 3 handmade, hand painted ceramic gingerbread house jars with removable lids
• $10 per entry (each $10 = 1 raffle entry, unlimited entries allowed)
• 3 winners will be selected randomly
• Houses will be assigned randomly to each winner
• Winners are responsible for shipping costs
(You’ll see four houses pictured but only three will be included in the raffle, because my grandma has officially claimed one and I simply can’t tell her no.)
Winners will be contacted via social media and email.
Each winner will have 24 hours to respond and confirm before a new winner is drawn.

Each piece is handmade from ceramic and hand painted by Júlia. They are functional jars with removable lids, perfect for keepsakes, sweet treats, or small treasures.

6 x 5 x 5.5 inches
15 x 13 x 14 centimeters
Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in size are part of their uniqueness.
