Commissions
I create commissioned paintings using handmade natural pigments, colors gathered from nature and transformed through specific refinement.
Collectors may choose one of two paths for their commission:
A painting created using the natural pigments I currently have at hand, shaped by the land and environment I’m working in at the time.
Or a painting made with pigments sourced from a place that holds personal significance to you.
Some commissions are inspired by places where love began, where family gathered, where life slowed down, or where memory is deeply felt, such as a wedding location, a first home, a meaningful landscape, or a place tied to cherished memories with someone you love.
If you choose to send pigments, they may come from soil, stone, sand, or mineral fragments collected from that location. I will guide you through the process to ensure they are safe, appropriate, and treated with care.
Each commission is created in response to your memories, interpreted through place, material, and emotions.

1. Inquiry submission through the form below.
2. Schedule a follow up conversation to clarify intention, scale, timeline, and materials.
3. Pigment sourcing (either mine or yours).
4. Creation of the artwork.
5. Completion, documentation, and delivery.
Sizing & Investment
Commissioned works begin at 18 × 18 inches.
Starting investment: $1,800 USD.
Final pricing varies based on size, complexity, and pigment sourcing.
Framing and shipping are quoted separately.
