Life imitates art.

From my early years of working with local pigments, I would paint small swatches of paint on scraps of paper, never thinking of them as anything more than references. After a period of personal upheaval, I turned to nature to find balance, and my art began to reflect that shift. I moved away from figurative work to embrace abstraction. It was then that I realized the small paintings I’d kept all along were my most cherished pieces. They symbolize overcoming the unknown and embracing fear, acting as a compass that guides the way through uncertainty. They are a physical manifestation of what I thought I “should” be doing, versus listening to my intuition. Now, you can receive a mini painting like this in the mail each month as a reminder of resilience and growth.

    If you need to update your address or to cancel your subscription for any reason, please sign in to your account settings at the top of the page.

  • Of course! Please make sure to input the correct shipping address during check out.

  • When working with natural pigments, no two colors are alike! I hand paint each mini painting and make the paint in small batches. I love to let the natural texture of each pigment come through, and there really is no controlling it. The fun is in the surprise!

  • Join by the 15th of each month to receive that month’s letter + mini painting. If you live in the U.S., expect your mail by the last week of the month. If you live outside of the U.S., shipping times may vary but typically show a 2-3 lead time.
